About me and my practice

Welcome to my online anxiety therapy practice, where I specialise in helping women overcome anxiety and reclaim their lives. As your anxiety therapist, Im committed to walking alongside you every step of the way. My approach is relational, which means we will build a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy, understanding, and support.

I know that overcoming anxiety can feel like an uphill battle. Its often a gradual process that requires patience and resilience. Thats why I offer comprehensive support, including email and text options, so you can reach out whenever you need guidance or reassurance. You wont have to navigate this journey alone. Together, we will explore the thoughts and feelings that contribute to your anxiety and work toward finding effective strategies for relief.

I understand that you might feel overwhelmed, questioning whether this is all there is to life. You may experience panic attacks, sadness, or an underlying sense of unease, even when everything appears perfect on the outside. This is a safe space for you to express those feelings, and Im here to listen and support you.

Through our work together, you will begin to uncover the root causes of your anxiety and develop new patterns that empower you. My goal is to help you feel calmer, more in control, and capable of fully enjoying life. Youll have the opportunity to explore who you truly are and what you genuinely want from life, leading you to make choices that align with your values and aspirations.

I am an experienced anxiety therapist, specialising in helping women navigate their emotional landscapes to overcome anxiety. My relational approach focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy and support. Ive had the privilege of guiding numerous clients through their challenges, each with unique stories and experiences.

Initial Consultation

Online therapy means I come to you, wherever you are. Fit your sessions in around your schedule easily - and turn up in your PJs if thats where youre at on the day.

It all starts with your FREE 15 minute chat, where we make sure we're a good fit. Then, if we are a good fit I'll send you a unique booking link, where you can select a date and time that suits you (depending on whether you're Unmoored or Anchored) and make your online payment for the session in advance. Youll automatically be sent a calendar invite for your first session which will be 90 minutes, and a reminder 24 hours before your session (cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable). You'll hop on the link in your calendar entry at the time of your appointment and we'll talk through everything that's going on for you. Simple.

When I Work

Availability:

Book your 15 minute free chat so we can see if were a good fit, then if we decide to work together, well talk about times / days that fit with your schedule. I do run office hours all day Saturday and I offer evening sessions. Because its all about making accessing the help you need as easy as possible.
